BOOKING

Booking formalities

Le richieste di prenotazione dovranno essere inviate per fax o e-mail.
Booking request must be sent by fax or e-mail. The acceptance of a reservation is subject to availability. A reservation will be considered accepted only after the guest has received a written confirmation of availability from Camping Reale and has send, within 5 days, a confirmation down payment of:
- 30% (min. € 90,00) of amount with balance payment at your arrival.

Cancellations
In case you must cancel a reservation, 50% of the deposit will be refunded if written notice arrives at Camping Scaglieri atleast 45 days before the booked arrival date. Booking costs (€ 20,00) will be deducted regardless. No refund will be given if notice is recived later than the forementioned terms.

Delays and early departures
In the case of arrival delays or early departures, guests are obliged to pay the full amount of the entire period booked and confirmed. Dates of arrival and departure of each reservation are strictly definite. Dates stated on booking are final, the accommodation will be available to guests up to 12 p.m. on the day of arrival.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Arrival and departure procedures
We suggest that you schedule your arrival in the scheduled time for access to the chosen structure, avoiding silence hours ( from 01:00 p.m. until 03:00 p.m.). In any case, once registered, you may enjoy all our services.

Pitches
Check-in: from 11.00 a.m. until 1.00 p.m. amd from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: not later than 11:00 a.m.
For different needs, please arrange with the Management any additional times and costs.

Mobile homes, our caravans and tents for rent
Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Check Out: from 08:00 a.m. until 09:00 a.m.
For different needs, please arrange with the Management any additional times and costs.

All lodgings are completely furnished as specified in the relative inventory list. Discrepancies, complaints, damages or breakdowns must be reported to the management as soon as possible.
Departure procedure: to verify that everything is in order, one day before the departure, we schedule with our guests an appointment to check the integrity and presence of all items in the accommodation.

COMMON RULES
Common rules to all accommodations
Cars are allowed inside the Camping area upon arrival and departure to unpack and pack and for a maximum of two hours. Cars are not allowed to drive inside the Camping during silence hours. In order to avoid inconveniences to traffic flow, we kindly request that our guests do not park your vehicle in front of the Reception and that follow instructions from our staff.

Pets
Pets are permitted further to agreement with the Management, provided fundamental health and safety rules are complied with, and due consideration is shown to other guests. They must never be left alone inside or outside our facilities and dogs must always be kept on the lead inside the campsite.
