Bookings
Booking Procedure
Reservation requests must be sent via email.
The booking is subject to availability and is considered confirmed only after written acceptance by Camping Reale and the payment of a deposit within 5 days of confirmation.
The deposit amounts to 30% of the total stay cost, with the balance due upon arrival at the campsite.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposit
At the time of booking, a 30% deposit of the total stay is required. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
No-show
In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the total booking cost will be applied.
Early Departures or Delayed Arrivals
A penalty of 100% of the cost of unused days will be applied.
Legal Notice
According to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation service bookings. This also includes cases of unexpected impossibility to travel.

COMMON RULES
General Guidelines for All Accommodations
Cars are allowed inside the campsite only upon arrival and departure, for loading and unloading procedures.
Pitches
Pitches must be left clean and free of any objects.
Mobile Homes
All accommodations are delivered fully equipped, including all accessories and utensils listed in the inventory found in each unit.
Any discrepancies, complaints, damage, or malfunctions must be promptly reported to management.
Final inspection: Upon check-out, staff will inspect the mobile home to verify its condition.
Camper Stop
Opening the awning or setting up external equipment is not permitted for Camper Stop users.
Pets
Pets are welcome at the campsite.
They must always be kept on a leash and follow the regulations in public areas.
